The BassetPro mail tracking system tracks the receipt, transfer and delivery of internal mail.
It uses barcode or RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to ensure that this can be done easily, quickly and accurately.
A record of all transactions is maintained, to measure performance, and help locate any items that are lost or misdelivered. Signatures can be captured where appropriate.

The mail variant is used for tracking internal mail, packages and secure documents. A
barcoded, NFC or RFID tag is used to positively identify an envelope, parcel, or
document. Mobile Units track the transfer of items, and can capture a signature or
image.
