Using RFID
to Track and Manage Paper Files

Paper files can be difficult to track and manage. This can be challenging, especially when there are many files, in an environment where they must move from desk to desk as they
are processed.
A Patent Lawyer's office contacted us to help manage several thousand paper files. They employed two "full time
file fetchers" to track down critical files.
When they switched to using RFID tracking tags, files were tracked by one person making a 30 minute pass first thing each
morning.
