Tracking paper files can be challenging, especially in an environment where they must move from desk to desk as they
are processed. A Patent Lawyer's office contacted us to help manage several thousand paper files. They were using two "full time
file fetchers" to track down critical files.
When they switched to using RFID tracking tags, files were tracked by one file tracker making a 30 minute pass first thing each
morning. The linked "comic" page below shows how this could work.
